In partnership with Tree Tenders of PA Horticultural Society, HFH organizes shade tree planting in the Fairhill neighborhood. Tenants or homeowners sign up to care for a tree on the street in front of their home, with a commitment to water through two summers. PHS provides the trees free of charge, and our volunteers help plant them.
