2nd Saturdays* Garden Workday/History Tours**

Garden Workday:

Every Second Saturday this season, join us in the gardens! We’ll be tending to the beds, planting new flowers and veggies, weeding, mulching, and more. No experience necessary; we’ll teach you everything you need to know. This event is family friendly so bring your kids!

We’re also having a nature and art workshop.

10:00am to 2:00pm  Gardening & History Tours

11:30am to 1:00pm  Youth Farm Stand, located at the corner Germantown Ave and Cambria St.

• Produce grown by youth from three gardens near the historic site

1pm to 3pm  Drawing, painting, collage of trees in nature provided by Meredith and Jennifer Chernak, Wm Penn Charter alum and teacher

History Tours:

Each Second Saturday, we give historical tours of the burial ground, in conjunction with Historic Germantown.  Join us to learn about the famous abolitionists and feminists buried at Fair Hill, and the impact that our organization (and your support) makes in our neighborhood.
